The obtained composition is left on the fire on a low flame, mixing continuously until a pudding is obtained, it is taken off the heat, mixing with grated chocolate. Rub the butter with the powdered sugar and a teaspoon of ness / cappuccino, gradually adding the chilled egg cream. Beat until you get a frothy cream.

Icing preparation: break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl on a bain marie together with the whipped cream.

The first sheet is syruped, put cream with butter, then add the other syrup sheet. Cut the top of the squares and put a spoonful of glaze on each one, launching it to drip on the edge.
